Introduction

My name is Ton La, Jr. and I am a senior and Tier One Scholar at the University of Houston. As one of the ten selected U.S. college students out of 300 applicants, from May 29 to June 8 I will be traveling to Caen, France to participate in the commemorations of the 70th anniversary of the Battle of Normandy. 

I am honored to have been selected as a delegate and I am ready to learn from my peers and participate in all activities of the 2014 European Youth Parliament D-Day International Forum.
